Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve production-grade business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines, from raw ingestion to model training and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data strategies.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate model efficacy and impact.
- Publish technical insights and white papers to establish company thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to communicate complex data narratives to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps best practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
