- Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
- Design A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and improve user engagement.
- Implement automated pipeline monitoring to ensure data quality and model performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python or R, with deep knowledge of libraries like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong command of SQL and experience working with distributed computing platforms like Spark or BigQuery.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, strategic business insights.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
