Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business challenges into quantitative solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML best practices and code standards.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify high-impact business opportunities.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, latency, and model drift mitigation.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and user impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, specifically in generative AI and LLM integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts, probability, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
