Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-grade machine learning models to enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact data science projects.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to derive insights from multi-structured, high-dimensional datasets.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to elevating the team’s technical standards.
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling and visualizations.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art research in NLP and Computer Vision to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive analytics, or machine learning engineering.
- Expertise in Python, R, or Scala with proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases and data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of shipping production models in a SaaS environment.
