Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance through A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments at scale.
- Translate complex technical insights into clear, strategic narratives for executive leadership.
- Develop automated data pipelines and robust monitoring tools for live production models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Identify new opportunities for leveraging internal data to create competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies like Spark or Snowflake.
- Proven track record of deploying models into high-traffic production environments.
- Strong background in statistical inference, experiment design, and causal analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
