What You Will Do:
- Lead the analysis of large-scale datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in public service delivery.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of IT specialists, policy advisors, and subject matter experts to define data requirements and technical solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data governance standards, security protocols (FISMA), and privacy regulations.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-focused narratives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for experience within the public sector or large-scale government contracting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and complex querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the government procurement lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
