Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Build interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and key performance indicators.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to identify data gaps and optimize reporting processes.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
