Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence business strategy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to executive leadership.
- Data Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and real-time availability.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and support long-term planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose innovative solutions to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R. Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear, business-focused narratives.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
