Responsibilities
- End-to-End Data Lifecycle: Design, implement, and maintain complex ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and optimize business performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and executive leadership to define key metrics and answer critical business questions.
- Quality Assurance: Audit data sources to identify anomalies, discrepancies, and opportunities for automation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift).
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
