Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform in-depth data mining, cleansing, and analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and translate business goals into analytical frameworks.
- Build statistical models and conduct A/B testing to support product optimization and feature rollouts.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis, scripting, and machine learning basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical findings into business insights.
