Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design and execute complex analyses using SQL, Python, and R to solve intricate business problems.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive, high-performance visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to provide real-time business intelligence.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, translating technical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data quality standards and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to product and marketing teams, guiding them through data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and strong scripting capabilities in Python or R.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience creating impactful dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
