Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development lifecycle for advanced machine learning models.
- Design and prototype novel algorithms, pushing the boundaries of current state-of-the-art.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, validation, and performance analysis of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into scalable production APIs.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Extensive experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
