Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences through clear storytelling and visual reports.
- Conduct statistical modeling and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
