As a Senior Data Analyst, you will act as a bridge between technical data engineering and high-level business strategy. You will own key data projects, mentor junior analysts, and build scalable reporting frameworks that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Visualize Impact: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Model & Cleanse: Develop robust data models and perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Automate Processes: Write Python or SQL scripts to automate manual reporting processes, increasing efficiency by up to 40%.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced tech or finance environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
