Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders through clear presentations and written documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
