Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track business performance
- Conduct A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
- Present insights to cross-functional teams through compelling data visualizations
- Develop data pipelines and improve data quality frameworks

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects
