Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL and Python to support business analytics
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics and track KPIs
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and improve data governance practices
- mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
