Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting

- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user journeys

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech/SAAS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL pipelines
