Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Mine large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and data needs.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise executive presentations.
- Improve data quality by auditing existing processes and implementing robust validation workflows.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize product performance.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and SQL optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and regression modeling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end analytical projects in a fast-paced environment.
