Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from multi-source cloud environments.
- Build and refine interactive dashboards in Tableau/Looker to monitor core business KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify tracking gaps and improve data integrity.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends in user behavior and churn.
- Automate recurring reporting workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Translate technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and statistical rigor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Demonstrated expertise with BI visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of statistical methods (A/B testing, regression analysis, cohort analysis).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
