Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to understand user behavior and churn triggers.
- Develop and refine SQL queries for complex datasets stored in Snowflake and BigQuery.
- Design A/B testing frameworks to validate product features and marketing initiatives.
- Present monthly performance reports to senior leadership with actionable strategic recommendations.
- Implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy across all reporting pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Hands-on expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a cloud-native environment (AWS/GCP) is a significant plus.
