Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from multi-source environments.
- Build and optimize dynamic dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track key performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes using Python to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
- Translate complex technical findings into compelling visual presentations for executive leadership.
- Support A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature releases and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to script and manipulate data using Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
