Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract data from multi-source cloud databases.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI for executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements for new features.
- Automate reporting processes using Python to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Strong scripting proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to C-suite stakeholders effectively.
