Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop statistical models to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- A/B test hypotheses and validate results using statistical significance testing
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
