- Stakeholder management across departments to secure buy-in and manage expectations
- Implement PMO best practices and optimize project delivery workflows
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide executive-level reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $2M
