Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover deep insights and drive product decisions.
- Translate complex user requirements and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Lead the design system evolution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design thinking, best practices, and professional growth.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams, effectively articulating the 'why' behind design choices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Expert level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts to understand technical constraints.
- Experience with design prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle) and design handoff workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
