Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or Looker to track core business KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify data requirements and improve data quality.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature impact.
- Automate reporting processes using Python to increase operational efficiency.
- Present complex analytical findings to cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Develop predictive models to support demand forecasting and user retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
