Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into high-impact data models and dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to improve data collection and reporting infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Present data-backed recommendations to C-suite stakeholders on a recurring basis.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analysis to support product launches and market expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level visualization skills with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
