Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to validate hypotheses and measure impact
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience in A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
