Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Looker for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimize product features and user conversion rates.
- Translate technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for executive leadership.
- Develop predictive models to forecast growth and churn metrics.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data literacy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex joins, window functions, and CTEs).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to script in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data trends to non-technical audiences.
