Responsibilities
- Drive Business Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Advanced Modeling: Develop complex statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into company performance.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources using SQL and ETL processes.
- Communication: Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and Tableau or PowerBI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable data components.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
