Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
