Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track core KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends in user behavior and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to design A/B tests and evaluate feature performance.
- Clean, process, and validate large-scale datasets from SQL data warehouses.
- Present monthly analytical findings to executive leadership to guide strategic roadmaps.
- Develop predictive models to forecast quarterly revenue and churn rates.
- Document data governance standards to ensure cross-departmental consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience with BI visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experiment design (A/B testing).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery).
