Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau/Looker to monitor key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust data models and scalable SQL queries.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory analysis to identify growth opportunities and churn risks.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements for new features.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and documentation.
- Present data-driven insights to C-suite stakeholders to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to script and automate workflows using Python or R.
- Strong grasp of statistical methods, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
