Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern stacks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Optimize system architecture for reliability, speed, and security.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Drive engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and peer documentation.
- Participate in architectural decision-making to scale our infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in modern languages such as TypeScript, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong knowledge of database design, including both SQL and NoSQL paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
