Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define data requirements.
- Design and interpret A/B tests to optimize user experience and feature performance.
- Clean, process, and validate data from various sources to ensure high integrity and accuracy.
- Create automated reporting workflows to reduce manual overhead for business teams.
- Present actionable data insights to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Proven track record of translating technical findings into business-relevant narratives.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
