Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Build predictive models to forecast market trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and data cleaning techniques.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
