Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive data analysis frameworks to support key business initiatives and drive strategic growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Build interactive, high-level dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI that empower stakeholders with real-time insights.
- Database Management: Optimize complex SQL queries and ensure data integrity across multiple data sources and warehouses.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical modeling and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and user behavior.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and strong coding skills in Python or R.
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
