Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex data models to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights across departments
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement robust data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis experience with hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics is highly desirable
