Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions

- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in model validation

Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven track record in production ML systems
