Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical defects
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor QA engineers and conduct continuous improvement workshops
- Champion quality initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments
- Document test artifacts and maintain QA documentation library
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Agile Tester (CAT) or ISTQB Advanced Level
- Proven track record in QA process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
