Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visual reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Present data-driven findings to executive stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
