The Role
You will own the data science lifecycle—from exploratory data analysis to deploying production-ready machine learning models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver insights that accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data models into production pipelines and ensure model scalability and performance.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve existing data processes and predictive accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluation of models to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, including experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning architectures.
- Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
