Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within large, unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and model features.
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical vision of the analytics department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with deep knowledge of libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready ML models and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
