Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform structured/unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements for product experiments and campaigns
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize data integrity across databases and reporting systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analytical projects with measurable business impact
