Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present findings to stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and establish data governance best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into production systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience in tech/finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
