Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting processes
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize KPIs and trends for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market opportunities and optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Present findings through compelling data narratives to non-technical audiences
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
- mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing and predictive analytics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with large-scale datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
