Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis for product optimization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior scientists and establish best practices for model deployment and monitoring
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or contribute to open-source ML libraries
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years building production ML models with measurable business impact
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with PostgreSQL/Redshift
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Strong statistical foundation in hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex data science projects with clear ROI metrics
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
