Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and integrity.
- Translate complex technical insights into high-impact narratives for executive leadership.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature performance.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and market shifts.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and statistical rigor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R.
- Expert-level mastery of BI visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate data findings.
