Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features
- Create predictive models for customer behavior and market trends
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across all datasets
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business outcomes
